There is no better feeling then going to bed in a nice fresh diaper is there?
It’s my favorite time of day by far and I just love getting in bed and feeling safe and secure. As many of you know however; at night sometimes we have to take extra precautions when it comes to being diapered.
I’ve gotten a few questions about what I wear/handle different times of the day in a diaper so today I thought I’d focus on night time.
First and foremost, the most important item for night time is a thick and absorbent diaper. While you can change yourself in the middle of the night if you are anything like me then and don’t enjoy getting up in the middle of the night an absorbent diaper is a must.
My favorite night time diapers are:
All of these are great options to help keep you from leaking throughout the night and avoid having to wake up in the middle of the night to change.
To add even more protection at night I am a big fan of the boosters. I think they provide excellent padding and also extra absorption during the long night hours. My favorite boosters are definitely the Bambino Quadro Booster. These are also great to add to your diaper when you have a big work day where you have to go longer between diaper changes.
Here are a couple other products I use almost every evening:
Desitin – I put it on every night before bed to help avoid any diaper rash or issues from staying in a diaper longer than normal. A little really goes a long way.
Onesie – I don’t know what it is about them but there is nothing more comfortable than sleeping in a onesie. There are many different brands out on the market and I have a ton of them, but I highly recommend getting one if you like something super comfortable that will also keep you warm at night.
Of course I always have a good supply of wipes, powder, and a change of clothes just in case for night time. Having these on hand keeps me ready for whatever may come my way during the night!
What are your favorite products for night time?

I wear a terry lined plastic panty over my Abena M4 every night. With that I hardly ever leak on my bed through the night. If I do leak, I have a plastic mattress protector as well.
Welcome back Adrian, it’s good to see you posting again. My favorite overnight diaper and the one that I’ll use most nights is the Better Dry diaper, they are plastic backed, have a ton of SAP, and they absorb better than anything else I’ve tried. I’m also a big fan of the Little for Big onesies and Garywear PUL pants.
24/7s or Wellness for me. Used to use booster pads, but found wearing a 4Care body stocking over my diaper made them unnecessary, and I wet a ton during the night. It is truly a joy take those last couple of wettings before getting up, lingering there in my bed, feeling my warm pee drizzle down my crotch and then pressing my diaper up into my crotch. I often get hard and relieve myself by masturbating. Yummy in my warm, wet diaper.
What Onesies do you recommend? I’ve ordered from like Amazon and got average ones I would say.
4Care body stockings are aThe best! Soft and snug right up into your crotch. Get mine at xpmedical.com where I buy all my diapers.
Thank you.
Hi Adrian! It’s great seeing you here more regularly..
As I have said here over many years, I highly recommend cloth diapers for night time. They are almost certain not to leak and I believe much more comfortable than disposable diapers. I have tried Molicare, Abena, Comfy 24/7, and others for night time protection but always return to cloth. Now, with that I have to add that cloth works well only if I double diaper. The key is getting enough padding there to absorb wetness and keep me comfortable throughout the night. On trips, I use Abena M4 with an Abena booster, which works well but is an expensive combination. I have also found that adding baby oil or medicated creams (day and night) keeps me from developing rashes and such. During the day, it’s usually Abena or Comfy 24/7 as drug store diapers simply don’t hold up or keep me nearly as comfortable for as long as premium diapers. I also use a single cloth diaper and snug fitting plastic pants whenever practical.
During the HOT summer months here in Texas, a cloth diaper with PUL plastic pants under a light dress is the most comfortable combo for me! The only thing that comes close (for me) is an Abena cloth back diaper, but still my second choice. though works well under snug fitting shorts and pants.
I’ve all but left the ranks of 24/7 users and switched to Wellness diapers at night. Incredibly soft and comfortable the more I wet. Snugged up into my crotch and held close by a 4Care body stocking, the diaper has been unbelievably absorbent, and I wet a ton at night. Could never get used to cloth, but that’s just a personal bias, and with them come plastic pants which are very hot for me.

Try Better Dry diaper. I am a heavy wetter at night, really heavy. I have yet to fully soak this diaper. And it feels good the wetter it gets!
Growing up a bedwetter and in a family of bedwetters…….. Sister, brother and I were all bedwetters and wore cloth diapers and rubber or plastic pants to bed. So each nite at bedtime we all went to moms room where she had our diapers and rubber pants ready for us. One at a time we would take our underpants off and climb upon the bed and lay down, raise our hips and she slipped the double cloth diapers under our bottoms the girls got baby oil on their bottoms and my brother got baby powder. The diapers were pinned and we would hop down off the bed and mom would hold the rubber pants open for us to step into and when done we were ready for bed. There were also four cousins that wore diapers and rubber pants to bed. Bedwetting ran in my moms side of the family.
I find that wearing a diaper to bed always allows me to sleep through the night without waking up to go to the bathroom. I always will wake up wet with a dry bed. My go to diaper for nighttime is the plastic backed Abena M4 or on occasion a Molicare Slip Maxi. Again Adrian is spot on with the tips and advice.
