A poopy diaper is exactly that – a messy, stinky, bacteria-filled, and so on diaper. I have lately read so many posts about how people enjoy sitting in their poopy diaper for hours on end because they love the feel. I will be the first to admit that its a nice feeling for a second and then knowing your going to get changed…BUT, that is about where it stops. I do not like sitting in a messy diaper for very long and usually want Peter to change me fairly quickly. It for one gets uncomfortable after awhile and it stinks. Now, I am sure there are some people out there that love to “bask” in the smell of a messy diaper but I am not one of them.
It has given me massive diaper rash in the past and I am not a big fan of that. Plus, I know in public I am DEFINITELY not one to like walking around in a smelly diaper. It is just not me. It is not that I am really humiliated or anything – its just not appropriate and rude to others I think for them to have to smell me/you. Common courtesy I guess. Plus, the health factor – feces has a lot of bacteria in it that can spread obviously to other areas if it “comes out” or you contact it somehow.
If you are going to do “messy play” then please use a LOT of vaseline and baby powder because it is going to cause some massive diaper rash after you wait awhile. I just think the health aspects do it for me. I am a health nut so sitting around in a messy diaper is just NOT ME. Just because we engage in this sort of thing does not mean we have to be immature, stupid, or unsafe about it. Treat your body right so that you don’t get yourself sick or at the least get a really uncomfortable diaper rash.
Sorry, I know random post – but I have just been reading so many posts lately on people saying how they love to sit around for hours in poopy diaper and I just can’t fathom doing that on multiple levels unless I absolutely had to. There is the obsessive cleanliness aspect to me, uncomfortable, smelly, and then the health factor that all I guess made me just want to rant about this. Maybe I can persuade some of you to maybe reduce hanging around in a messy diaper from a couple hours to maybe 30 minutes…that would be a health victory..
Hey Adrian. You are right about changing ones dirty diapers. Unless anyone likes diaper rashes for punishment with diaper play activity, then by all means keep you diaper changed as soon as possible. I’m sure everyone has there own time when they want to have there diaper changed or change themselves. Whatever the changing case might be for the one in messy diaper. As far the 30 min time frame to change after it happens, I guess thats ok. I guess that person would have to have their diaper bag close at hand if your out or at work and then do what needs to be done in a restroom of course. If your at home, then change when you want to I guess. As for this being a random post, not a problem. Take your time and post when you ready and keep fun like you always do so on your terms since this your blog here. Take it easy and have a nice day.
I’m primarily a DL. Thought I’d share my thoughts personally after reading this really good article. I’ve never kept a messy diaper on super long. Wet, sure, I’d enjoy a wet diaper as long as I can, basically until I have to change it and then I’ll wet the new one right away.
As for messy though – I do like the feel of it, but agree with Adrian, not for all that long and it does hinder being out in public. I like the initial feeling of filling up the diaper, typically standing up. I’ve always loved sitting down in it, especially that initial squish. Always a nice, warm feeling. But yeah, after 10-20 minutes at the most, I take it off and take a quick shower.
Ive never been happy to have a messy accident in my life. Ive only been wearing diapers since i was eighteen. Having messy accidents before or after diapers has always been trouble. The difference is that diapers make it a lot easier to take care of. If only i didnt have so many messy diapers at night. Diaper rash is no stranger to me. Thank you for covering this topic in a good and realistic way.
I’m not one to go number 2 in my diaper. I’ll wet my diaper till it sags to much. The first time I did have a messy diaper, I had an upset stomach at the time and was cleaning my room. unbeknown to me that it was coming. Bent over to pick up some dirty clothes from work and it all came out. At first I felt bad for doing it cause it was the first time it has happened. I changed and cleaned myself up after I was done. That was the one time I was happy to be wearing a diaper! Since then I’ve done it a couple more times but the smell of a dirty diaper stinks up my bathroom. so I limit when I do soil myself and take the trash out straight after to keep the smell out. But I will not stay in a messy diaper for hours on end or for even 30 minutes!
I usually stay in my poopy diapers for awhile but I will take your advice and try just staying it in for 30mins or less. =] Couldn’t hurt thats for sure. Thanks Adrian!
Well, on poppy diapers I like them as long as I can cleanup. Sitting in them or being in the all night for instance would be too stinky for me personaly. But I live alone so it is just my personal preferance.
I do enjoy the GO though and do it as much as I can cause I like the way it makes me feel, I get really sexually aroused by the mess between my legs.
Vaseline and baby powder is the cure for diaper rash. I make my own whippers using VISA towels and 1 part each of baby oil, lotion and shampoo and water.
Whats to love? all it is is a pain in the butt.
I’m with you. I like to change my diaper when it gets uncomfortable, and with a messy diaper, that’s pretty soon. Usually, that’s right after I’m done with whtever task I’m on, or when I’m at a spot I can break. (Ie, save thi page of paperwork, go change)
Not too long ago, I got stuck in it for over 2 hours. I was miserable. I had just gotten off work, and I was loadng my car when the mess hit. I figured the 20 minute ride home to clean that up in my own bathroom was worth it. 5 minutes in, I hit the worst traffic jam in years. By the time I got ome, I was so miserable. I jut dumped the car in ou lot, and ran inside, telling my romate to “get the f*** out of my way and leave me alone for 10 minutes! I know exactly why babies cry if you don’t change them! FYI… totally got a UTI from sitting in it! How people enjoy marathon sits in dirty diapers is beyond me!
I’ve just got into diapers as im young and dont want my parents finding out, but i like the feeling of sitting in it for about 5 minutes but thats my max, i know the trouble it can cause and thats why i dont sit in it for hours on end like some people, i love the feel but it’s the smell that i cant stand, thanks for this advice Adrian, im sure it will help people.
Being a baby means you dotta sit in whatever you do I
in your diaper until mommy changes me but my mommy is very dood about changing me when
I cry and I think the longest I have been ickys has been maybe 10 minutes den I gets my icky diapy changed ๐
I’m in much the same boat as you in that I don’t really have a choice when it comes to messy diapers… At least not Much choice. Bowel management for me is rather simple… I put on my normal night diaper before I go to bed… I wear cloth diapers and I use Desitin Creamy as a barrier cream along with a good coating of baby powder so I don’t stick to the cloth. I normally read for awhile before I go to sleep and just when I’m sure I will doze off I insert a Bisacodyl laxative suppository. Sometime around 2 or 3am I wake up briefly while I’m messing my diapers but normally I just wake up in a full diaper. I try to do this on Friday night because I’ll usually fill my diaper again after breakfast and again after I water the plants, clean out the kitty litter boxes and all the other domestic stuff. By the time thatโs all finished I’ve had the diaper on for maybe 6 hours or so. Maybe it’s the Desitin or maybe I’m just immune but I’ve never had a diaper rash. I’ll be 62 years old soon and I’ve been changing my own diapers now for the last 35 years… Maybe you should switch to cloth diapers. ๐
I stay in diaper over night than clean up unless get a overload or blowout you ever have blowout in your diaper
