Lately a lot has been going on as you can imagine with life in general and I have tried to adopt a more relaxed way of life with all the stressful things going on around me. One thing that I have been trying to do more of is yoga. I use to do it in college when they offered free classes and I would go. It was always a nice and relaxing environment and an easy way to meet people. A few people obviously found out I wore diapers when I participated in those classes but girls, especially college girls, are usually understanding and really just didn’t care. I think there is something about college that makes people in general just feel more mature and not as judgmental as they were in high school. But, anyways I sort of got out of the whole yoga thing even though it helped me deal with stress in college just because of well…I really have no excuse besides life just happened I guess. But, I have been taking a few yoga classes lately and been doing yoga at home in the morning and night trying to get into a more relaxed state of mind. I am definitely becoming more flexible as you can tell from the picture Peter took of me below doing one of my nightly routine poses:
Usually my nightly routine involves Peter changing me into a fresh diaper – as you can see below I usually go with a thicker Bambino Diaper at night since I typically tend to have more accidents at night for some reason…just based on history. Then I do my nightly yoga routine for about 15-20 minutes and go through the poses. I have noticed I have been sleeping better by doing this. Peter doesn’t seem to want to do it though…he does more aerobic type exercises and isn’t so much into the alternative type of things.
Diapers I have found don’t get in the way too much when doing yoga – they allow good flexibility and really don’t create any kind of problem with the poses that I have to do. And trust me the classes that I take – they have some crazy poses and the diaper doesn’t get in the way at all. The most that really happens for anyone to notice the diaper is inversion poses where you are essentially upside down and my shirt sort of falls sort of revealing the top edges of the diaper in my pants but other than that – you can’t really tell I guess unless you look really hard and see the bulge through the yoga pants. But, usually the lights are dim enough that its not too noticeable.
I don’t usually post too many photos of Peter just because we always forget to take photos of him and what not but I did get a few snapshots of him sleeping the other night while I was still working on the computer!
Not the best pictures – I just think he is too cute when he just sleeps in a diaper so I thought I would snap a few images and share them with everyone.
I also just want to send out ANOTHER formal thank you to all those who supporting my blog through my exclusive photos section that I have been regularly updating and have a TON of new and older photos that I am putting in there. I just appreciate the support and it definitely helps and I look forward to continually updating the section with more photos!
Good post. I’ve worn diapers to yoga too. They’re pretty flexible, so you’re right about that. I hope Peter doesn’t mind you posting pics of him:). I wear the Bellissimo as well. Thank you for you updates!
Hi Adrian I loved this post! I’ve been missing your blog posts lately. Your a great writer with a really interesting and inspiring perspective. Someday I would like to read about what your dating experience with incontinence was like before you met Peter. IE with people who were not incontinent nor into diapers. I’m interested on how that works or how to skillfully do it.
I use to do yoga when I was in high school. I don’t do yoga anymore. I exercise regularly with weights and cardio workouts. I run 2-3 miles a day and noticed I’m losing and lost a lot of weight. I feel good about myself. My muscles and my thin physical being. I once got out of shape and turned to drinking and gained a lot of weight and had to wear large diapers. Now that I’m back in shape, I’m thinner, can run long distances again. I can fit back into mediums diapers again. The larges actually just feel too large now.
Nice post and photos. I’m a big fan of yoga, though I’ve never done it while diapered. But one of these days, I’m going to give it a try.
Been wearing for a while she is getting worse listening thanks it’s my head Any idea how to deal with that
